Who we are
Crulex is field-service software built and operated by CheatCode Solutions, based in the Rio Rancho / Albuquerque, New Mexico area. In these terms, "we" means CheatCode Solutions and "you" means the company or person using Crulex. Contact: [email to be confirmed].
The service
Crulex helps trades companies manage leads, customers, estimates, scheduling, jobs, invoices and payments. Crulex is in an early pilot: features are still being built and may change.
Card payments are currently in test mode only. When real payments are offered, they will be processed by a third-party payment processor, and its own terms will also apply. [Processor and merchant terms to be added]
Accounts
- The person who creates a company account is its owner and controls who else has access and in which role.
- Keep sign-in details confidential, and tell us if you think an account has been misused.
- You are responsible for activity in your company's account. [Wording to be reviewed]
Your data
Business records you put into Crulex remain yours. We use them to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use
- Use Crulex only for lawful business purposes.
- Don't try to access another company's records, probe or disrupt the service, or work around its limits.
- Only send estimates, payment links and messages to people you have a business relationship with.
